planning process is designed to help bring clarity to each client’s financial life. It helps align a client’s financial life with real life. The team uses the Envision
process as a life planning tool to help:
Step 1. Getting to know our clients
During the initial meeting, the team listens to each client’s goals, needs, dreams and challenges. Throughout the conversation, we uncover the details of each family’s financial life and carefully consider if it is a good fit to work together. The discussion covers long-term and short-term goals, priorities, and the investment strategies already in place. The team shares information about the team and answers any questions.
Step 2. Analyzing our clients’ financial picture
Before a plan can be developed, the team needs to know the complete financial picture. The team will gather information and details of a client’s current financial situation. The deep analytical approach and comprehensive evaluation includes understanding risk tolerance, dreams and priorities, retirement goals, estate investment planning needs risk management and insurance needs.
Step 3. Recommending a customized plan
The next step is to present the recommendations. Combining Wells Fargo Advisors’ Envision
planning technology with the team’s planning expertise provides clients with an assessment of the family’s complete financial picture. When the plan is implemented goals are documented and the team will begin to monitor progress toward reaching them.
Step 4. Reviewing process
The team charts progress and meets with clients to review and adjust plans so its stays up to date and in sync with life changes. By tracking ongoing investment results against the Envision
“Target Zone,” clients are always able to easily answer the question, ”How am I doing?”
Our Envision planning process puts each client’s financial picture in focus.
IMPORTANT: The projections or other information generated by Envision regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results and are not guarantees of future results. Results may vary with each use and over time. Envision methodology: Based on accepted statistical methods, the Envision tool uses a simulation model to test your Ideal, Acceptable and Recommended Investment Plans. The simulation model uses assumptions about inflation, financial market returns and the relationships among these variables. These assumptions were derived from analysis of historical data. Using Monte Carlo simulation, the Envision tool simulates 1,000 different potential outcomes over a lifetime of investing varying historical risk, return, and correlation amongst the assets. Some of these scenarios will assume strong financial market returns, similar to the best periods of history for investors. Others will be similar to the worst periods in investing history. Most scenarios will fall somewhere in between.
